I need a software to assemble, balance and eq an album, but find amazingly no such thing on the market apart from Wavelab? Am I blind or have I missed something important? So I am looking for solutions, I have tried Soundforge, but there again it is no longer being updated since 2014 obviously.
On top of this I find that the material looses quality being run through Wavelab. I´ve found Wavelab enomously frustrating, chrashing all the time and an user combating design that just makes life very very hard. I am on MAC and have tried to use Steinbergs Wavelab for some years, after using Apples Waveburner that was OK but has been phased out by apple and is no longer available if you don´t have an old copy on your machine. a CD and master my music, I run into problems.
